About Nkululeko Hadebe
I am an HPCSA-registered Educational Psychologist working in Fourways, Sandton. I offer professional support with a range of mental health challenges affecting children, young adults and families. My services include psychotherapy, psychological assessments, general psychological consultations and workshops.
In my work, I aim to help people uncover the deep-rooted meanings behind their emotional, behavioural, cognitive, social, and learning challenges. Trained predominantly in psychodynamic therapeutic approach, I help my clients discover root causes of, and deeper meanings to their emotional challenges while we sensitively work towards healing and empowerment. Depending on the dynamic needs of each case, I am competent to incorporate CBT and DBT therapeutic techniques into the intervention and treatment plan.
We provide a diverse range of psychological services designed to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and mental resilience at every stage of life.
